Ascending trend indicator of Iran Khodro`s Customer’s satisfaction from after selling services

According to Khabar Khodro, ascending trend indicator of customer’s satisfaction continued along lastyear.

  According to last result which was announced by standard and quality inspection company, customer’s satisfaction from Isaco agencies after selling services has increased 15 point at first 6 mount of 90 in comparison with second 6 month of 89 and it has 25 point increase in comparison with the same period of last year, Shahriyar Soltani said.

The result shows that customer’s satisfaction in Iran Khodro`s after selling services at supply of spare parts, repairing time and costs paid by customers are increasing, he added.

All of Iran Khodro`s program about customer satisfaction are performing firmly and company asks customer to report any absence or dissatisfaction from after selling network by call   Iran Khodro`s calling center 09644, Soltani added.
